• 1 parking space available • For public transportation, take city bus 500. (Transportation is not very convenient, so we recommend coming by car.) • It is a good place to visit nearby tourist attractions such as Daebudo and Geobukseom Wave Park.
• The first floor is for office use, and the loft is for bedroom use. • Towels and toiletries are not provided. • The provided appliances and furniture are available for use. (Appliances and furniture items: beanbag, microwave, TV, speaker, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, coffee pot, rice cooker, mattress, etc.) • If you contact us through the app, we will provide you with an 'Occupancy Guide'.
• Designed as an office-style room, it is ideal for workations, single-person offices, studios, or short-term stays for a change of pace. • Indoor smoking, pets, and parties are strictly prohibited. • The house is carpeted. If the carpet is soiled, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. • Caution is required when using the stairs in the duplex structure. We are not responsible for accidents caused by carelessness within the room. • There is a convenience store on the first floor, and cafes, restaurants, and coin laundromats are within a 5-minute walk, making it convenient for daily life. • There are bicycle paths and sea promenades nearby.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may be applied for excessive electricity and heating usage during the summer and winter seasons.
It was incredibly clean, and both the view from the house and the surrounding area were wonderful. The host was kind and very attentive. I had a fantastic stay and was thoroughly satisfied!
