- The check-in process is contactless. - We will send you a text message with check-in instructions after your booking is confirmed. - Smoking is strictly prohibited. - Pets are not allowed. - Before checking out, please dispose of your recycling, food waste, and general trash at the designated area outside on the 1st floor. (20L trash bags can be purchased at convenience stores.)
- Sashimi restaurants, eateries, and supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk. - Jumunjin Market and Gangneung Market are within a 20-minute drive, offering plenty of fresh sashimi and other delicious foods and attractions! - Gyeongpodae is within a 10-minute drive.
All utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet, etc.) are included in the management fee. Please note that additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of these included utilities. If you wish to use the gym, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW applies after moving in.

This was the perfect place to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday; the five of us siblings were able to spend a happy time with her in a comfortable, home-like setting—reminiscent of the days when we used to play and spend time together as children. All essentials—such as bedding, towels, and kitchenware—were clean and fully stocked, and the host was kind and responsive, ensuring we had a completely comfortable stay. It is a place we would definitely love to visit again.
