- Check-in is contactless and will be guided on the morning of the check-in day. - Check-in is at 2 PM (negotiable) and check-out is at 12 PM. (Check-in/check-out times are negotiable)
The maximum occupancy is 1 person, and an additional 50,000 won will be charged for each additional person. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room. Please refrain from making loud noises or causing noise between floors that may disturb other rooms.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse electricity, gas, or water, you may be charged an additional amount upon check-out. (We will only inform you if there are any unusual readings after checking the meter. If you use them sparingly as if they were your own home, you will not be charged separately.)
When I first moved in, the place showed signs of poor maintenance, such as a broken bathroom door and a malfunctioning induction cooktop. Being a semi-basement unit, it also gets humid in the summer.
Mold is growing. ㅠ
