It is located in a cozy residential area of Hwangchon Village, Gyeongju. It is the best location to enjoy Hwangnidan-gil and the entire city center on foot. Relax and make memories in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with an old-fashioned atmosphere. The interior space on the second floor of the three-story building has been recently remodeled and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 beds (super king, single), a living room, a kitchen, 1 bathroom, and front and back verandas, and can accommodate up to 3 people.
By car: Parking is available in or around the apartment's parking space. By train: Take a bus from Gyeongju Station towards the city center, get off at the bus terminal, and then take a taxi. **If you request the paid pickup service in advance, we will pick you up directly from Gyeongju Station.
Check-in and check-out can be done non-face-to-face or face-to-face (optional). Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide you with transportation and check-in instructions. Paid pickup service is available if you apply in advance. (Round trip between Gyeongju Station and the city center)
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, so please refrain from excessive noise inside or outside as it may disturb the neighbors. Many famous tourist attractions and restaurants are located within a 10-minute walk, making them convenient to use. Please note that you may be charged for damages if any damage occurs to the internal facilities and fixtures.
Management fee: Includes electricity, gas, water, internet usage, and common area management fees. ** If you use excessive electricity, gas, or water, additional management fees may be requested.
Even though I live in Gyeongju, I only just discovered what a quiet and pleasant neighborhood Hwang-o-dong (behind the old Gyeongju Station) is! The host was incredibly kind, and I spent three wonderful weeks enjoying the cozy atmosphere—filled with the host's thoughtful touches—and the comfort of a place that truly felt like home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gyeongju; you can really sense the care put into every detail. I had such a relaxing and comfortable stay in this quiet, cozy spot!

The interior was cleanly remodeled and very pleasant, and it was very convenient to live in for a week because it was well-equipped with various furnishings. It was also close to the city center and historical sites, so it was good to look around. I would like to visit again if I come to Gyeongju again.
