The transportation was convenient, the nearby amenities were great, and the host was very helpful, so I had a wonderful 6-week stay. Thank you.

* Pros 1. It was convenient being close to Suseo Subway Station and having easy access to E-Mart and Lotte Mart—both directly connected to the station—to buy daily necessities, fruit, and drinks. 2. The room is very bright thanks to ample lighting. 3. It was great that the washing machine included a drying function. * Cons 1. I was told parking would be available for stays of four weeks or longer, but upon arrival, I was informed it wasn't possible. However, the host did arrange for two hours of parking whenever I needed it. 2. The unit seemed to have been vacant for a long time; dust had accumulated on all the furniture and appliances, and there was hair on the bedding. Although the host claimed to have cleaned the place, the cleanliness was poor. The unit itself and the items inside were much more worn and showed more signs of heavy use than expected. 3. We stayed for a month, but there was a shortage of consumables such as laundry detergent, toilet paper, hangers, and recycling bags. Since these were minor items, I purchased them myself, but it would have been better if the host had prepared enough supplies to match the length of our stay. 4. The water pressure in the shower is weak.
