Our accommodation is provided without options and is a spacious house with 3 rooms that offer good value for money. A microwave, gas burner, basic tableware (2 rice bowls, 2 soup bowls, 1 large plate, 2 pairs of spoons and chopsticks), 1 pot, dishcloth, sponge, and detergent are provided. ❌Please note that the accommodation is inexpensive because it is provided without options, and refunds for this reason are not possible.❌ There is a self-service laundry room within a 5-minute walk.
Parking is available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is ample space, so you can park conveniently even if you use a car.
Due to the nature of the rental business, personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and towels are not provided, so please be sure to bring your own. Pets are also allowed, so you can stay comfortably with your beloved family. Check-in time: After 3 PM Check-out time: 11 AM
Various amenities such as Starbucks, McDonald's, Lotte Mart, and Top Mart are within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, making daily shopping and dining very convenient! Please be aware that if any items in the accommodation are damaged, a claim for damages may be made. Please note that the deposit will not be refunded if smoking occurs indoors. ✔️Only one mattress and one blanket are provided, so please bring your own pillows. If you need more blankets, please bring them yourself. ✔️The photos of the interior are as shown, so please check them before booking.
If the gas bill exceeds 30,000 won per week, the excess amount will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining amount will be refunded.
