Water and internet are included in the management fee. Electricity and gas bills will be settled later based on usage. The management fee is for one person per week, and an additional 10,000 won per person will be charged for additional occupants. You must inform us of any additional occupants in advance. The rental is based on two people, and an additional 100,000 won per person will be charged for additional occupants. Smoking is prohibited indoors. If you smoke, the contract will be terminated and you will be charged a cleaning fee of 200,000 won. Check-out is at 11 AM, and check-in is at 3 PM.

Water and internet are included in the maintenance fee. You pay for electricity and gas according to your usage. Gas bills are shared between units 202 and 203 based on the number of occupants. The maintenance fee is charged per person (10,000 KRW/week). A cleaning fee of ₩30,000 will be charged if the room is not cleaned upon departure. No pets allowed. Items not included in the maintenance fee will be settled and charged upon departure. If the included items are used more than 50% of the maintenance fee, additional charges will apply.

The host is very kind. I changed the reservation date about 5 times, which must have been very annoying, but they responded well. The neighborhood is quiet and located in the inner part of Seongbuk-dong, so it's good for walking. It's very quiet, so it seems good for those who are sensitive to noise. The ceiling height is low, almost touching the head of someone 185cm tall, and it's humid and dark, so that part was a bit difficult.
The house is clean and the location is good. The owner is also kind. You can feel the unique quiet and tranquil neighborhood atmosphere of Seongbuk-dong. Contrary to what I thought, there are all the things you need, such as a supermarket, and there was no major inconvenience. It was a short stay, but I had a lot of good things happen to me while I was here :)
