This is a clean single room in a newly built building. It has a modern and neat interior with all the options you need for a comfortable stay. It's only a 2-minute walk from Sangwolgok Station, so the transportation accessibility is excellent. It's quiet and located at the foot of the mountain, so the air is clean and there are walking trails and a small park. A healing spot in the city~ For parking, please inquire on a first-come, first-served basis.

Check-in is contactless. Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a check-in guide via text message. For single rooms, if two people stay, there is an additional charge of 30,000 KRW per week. Pets and smoking are not allowed. This is a shared space, so please be considerate. If violated, a professional cleaning service fee of 400,000 KRW will be charged.
KIST, Korea National University of Arts, Dongduk Women's University, and Korea University are nearby. Damage to or contamination of the property will result in a claim for damages. It is neatly organized, so you can move in and use it right away.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
