⛩️ This is a newly built officetel located right next to Busan City Hall. It is situated on a floor with no neighbors directly below (since floors 1–5 are dedicated to a mechanical parking system), so there are no concerns about noise from downstairs. A sliding partition separates the bedroom from the living area, creating a cozy sleeping space on one side and a dedicated area for work and dining on the other for a comfortable lifestyle. With windows facing both east and south, the room is warm, sunny, and well-ventilated. It comes equipped with an LG Tromm washing machine, dryer, and Styler (offering features ranging from steam and sterilization to scent care). OTT services (YouTube, Netflix) are available, and the interior features a clean, modern white aesthetic. It is a fully furnished unit complete with a built-in refrigerator and air conditioner.

Close to the City Hall Greenery Plaza and lawn plaza; the library inside City Hall is also accessible. 🍷 Just a one-minute walk away is "Soso-gil," a street lined with restaurants and bars. The area features convenience stores, popular eateries, craft beer pubs, restaurants, cafes, McDonald's, and more. Daiso and a traditional market are within a two-minute walk. Amenities include a fan, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer, and sandwich toaster. Also equipped with a bidet, broom, vacuum cleaner, tool set, etc. A separate-room style studio (two-room layout) perfect for short-term stays—whether for travel, business trips, home renovations, or moving.
Excessive use of included amenities may result in a request for an additional service fee. We appreciate you conserving resources as if this were your own home. All utility costs are included in the service fee.
I stayed here for four weeks, and it was great having the subway, a market, and a food street nearby. The place was clean, and having a dryer was very convenient. The host was especially kind and provided immediate help whenever I had questions. I really enjoyed my stay. I’ll definitely come back next time.
