Hello 😊 This accommodation is located right in front of Jeju Woljeongri Beach, where the emerald sea unfolds. Woljeongri, as its name suggests, is a quiet and emotional space, as if the moon is staying there. When you enter the accommodation, you'll first see a refreshing ocean view through the large window. Its location, directly connected to the sea, makes it a perfect place to take a walk or enjoy the sea anytime!
The accommodation is located right in front of Woljeongri Beach, a 30-second walk to the beach. There is a bus stop within a 10-minute walk, making it convenient to use public transportation. It is also easy to access various tourist attractions in Jeju Island, and it takes about 1 hour to get to the airport by taking bus 101.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. As a general rule, a short-term rental agreement must be completed before moving in. We will guide you through the check-in process after you complete the agreement at a cafe near Jeju Airport. A guide message containing all the information necessary for using the accommodation will allow for a smooth check-in and check-out. Towels, shower supplies, and disposable items are not provided, and repeated cleaning services are not offered.
❄️ Amenities All rooms and the living room are equipped with system air conditioning, so you can stay cool even in summer. You can enjoy a cup of coffee while looking at the sea from the terrace connected to the master bedroom. 🍽️ Kitchen Facilities The kitchen is equipped with basic facilities such as a rice cooker, coffee pot, induction cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator. Cooking utensils such as spoons, knives, and scissors, as well as pots and dishes, are also provided, so you can enjoy simple cooking and have a good time with your family. 🌊 Nearby Facilities There is a beach right in front of the accommodation, so you can enjoy surfing and swimming anytime. There are supermarkets, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, so you can easily buy necessary items. It is the optimal location for a month-long stay. 🕒 Check-in/Check-out Times Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. After signing the lease agreement, we will send you the check-in instructions and password. Have a comfortable and enjoyable time in beautiful Jeju! Reservations and inquiries are always welcome.
The management fee includes internet, Wi-Fi, and water bills. Electricity bills are charged separately and will be settled upon check-out based on usage. After settling the bill based on your usage after check-out, your deposit will be refunded once the payment is confirmed. *Our accommodation uses electric heating, so electricity bills may be higher if heating is used excessively. *A portion of the deposit may be added depending on the season.
