This is a clean, recently remodeled single room. It's in a new building with a super single bed. It's fully furnished with modern amenities. We've furnished it to be comfortable. It's a 2-minute walk from Sangwolgok Station, so transportation access is excellent. It's at the foot of the mountain, so the air is good and there's a walking trail and park nearby.
Sangwolgok Station on Line 6 is a 2-minute walk away, making it a prime location with excellent transportation infrastructure to Gangnam, Gangbuk, Itaewon, and Hongdae. There is a bus stop nearby.
Check-in is contactless. Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Once confirmed, check-in instructions will be sent. For single rooms, there is an additional charge of 30,000 KRW per week if two people are staying. Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. If caught, a professional pest control and cleaning fee of 400,000 KRW will be charged. For parking, please inquire on a first-come, first-served basis.
KIST, K-Arts, Dongduk Women's University, and Korea University are nearby. It is easy to get to Itaewon and Hongdae on Line 6. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and you can park nearby.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
