This is a clean, recently renovated single room. It is located in a building that feels brand new and comes fully furnished with modern amenities, including a super-single bed. Transportation is excellent, as it is just a 2-minute walk from Sangwolgok Station. Situated at the foot of a mountain, the air is fresh, and there are parks and walking trails nearby.
Located just a 2-minute walk from Sangwolgok Station (Line 6), this property offers excellent transportation links to Gangnam, Gangbuk, Itaewon, and Hongdae. There is also a bus stop nearby.
Check-in is contactless. Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Check-in instructions will be sent at 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. This is a single-occupancy room; overnight stays by visitors are not permitted. Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. A fee of 400,000 KRW for professional cleaning and sanitization will be charged if violations occur. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis; please inquire in advance.
KIST, K-Arts, Dongduk Women's University, and Korea University are located nearby. It is easy to travel to Itaewon and Hongdae via Subway Line 6. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Excessive use of the included utilities may result in a request for an additional management fee.

I had a wonderful four-month stay. Above all, the room was incredibly neat with a clean white aesthetic, and all the friends who visited were envious. There were no major issues with the place during my stay, and the landlord would come over immediately to handle even minor matters, like replacing a lightbulb. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a short-term rental in the area.
