We lovingly present the place where the owner couple first met. :-) -Tou-WA ('Your Time') is a duplex private house located in Hwasun-ri Village, Andeok-myeon. -Located in the mid-mountain area, it is a house with a wonderful view of Sanbangsan Mountain and specializes in short-term rentals. -Surrounded by tangerine fields, it is a space where you can stay quietly without being disturbed.
- If you use a rental car, we will provide detailed information after your reservation is complete. - If you use public transportation, please contact us separately.
- In-person check-in is the default. (Non-face-to-face check-in is available upon guest request) - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you more detailed check-in instructions. - We will also provide information about the surrounding area and restaurants. - Please text or call us, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. : Available hours: 8 AM - 10 PM (anytime for building issues)
- Indoor smoking, spicy fish stew, grilling meat, and cooking dishes with strong odors are not allowed. : Failure to comply will result in a separate professional cleaning fee. - Cooling is provided by air conditioning, ceiling fans, and circulators. - For heating, simply plug in the electric panel boiler installed in the bedroom and kitchen on the first floor, and the living room on the second floor. ** Please be sure to turn off the power when you go out. ** - As the interior is made of wood, please close all windows when you go out. : In Jeju, even on clear days, humidity increases after 4 PM. - Separate claims for damages will be made for any damage to bedding, furniture, or fixtures. : The furniture, coffee cups, sofa, audio, etc. in the accommodation are vintage items collected by the owner, at least 70-80 years old. Please handle them with care. - Please refrain from making noise or having parties that may disturb the surroundings. - Towuwa has a tangerine orchard, so we pay special attention to pest control before check-in. : Any insects found inside the accommodation after check-in are due to the guest's carelessness, so please take special care in managing food. ˃̵͈̑ᴗ˂̵͈̑
-Currently, all areas except for parts of Jeju City and Seogwipo City use LPG gas, and Towoo also uses LPG gas. -Jeju's houses are areas where additional progressive electricity bills are higher than apartments. Therefore, please use it sparingly, and if you overuse the additional included items, additional management fees may be requested.
