It is a 5-minute walk to Nowon Station, 2 minutes to the airport bus stop, and 5 minutes to Paik Hospital. Lotte Department Store is also just a 5-minute walk away. There are many great restaurants and convenient shopping options nearby, along with excellent amenities.

Check-in and check-out times are flexible. We will send you a text message with check-in instructions before your arrival. Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Pets are allowed, provided that a professional pet cleaning service is arranged. As this is a shared residential facility, please be mindful of noise to avoid complaints. The base occupancy is 3 people; there is an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per week for extra guests.
If the maintenance fees are excessive, additional costs may be incurred.

It is conveniently located near public transport, including subway lines 4 and 7, and the airport bus stop is right nearby. There are also restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.
