The maximum occupancy is 1 person, and an additional 50,000 won will be charged for each additional person. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room. Please refrain from making loud noises or causing noise between floors that may disturb other rooms.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse electricity, gas, or water, you may be charged an additional amount upon check-out. (We will only inform you if there are any unusual readings after checking the meter. If you use them sparingly as if they were your own home, you will not be charged separately.)

The infrastructure was great because it was near the station!
The room is very small and the bathroom door is not properly installed, so it's very inconvenient to wash. However, it's very close to the station, and the surrounding facilities such as the park and convenience store are good. It seems really good to live alone for a few days or months.
