✔️ Please turn off the heating and cooling systems when you go out and treat the space with care. ✔️ All utility costs are included in the management fee. However, please note that excessive electricity or gas usage may result in additional charges upon checkout. ✔️ A special cleaning fee of 400,000 KRW will be charged if there are signs of indoor smoking or pets.
