TV, beam projector, piano, dining table, and board games are available. Wi-Fi, books, magazines, laundry, dryer, etc. are provided. There is a large living room and each room has a theme, so you can have a relaxing and not boring rest.

If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. (Especially when overusing oil boilers and air conditioners) All utility bills are included in the management fee.
