It's a small terraced apartment, not a studio villa, so it's safe. It has a retro vibe and feels like home. It's quiet and the surrounding environment is very nice. The neighborhood facilities are excellent, so you can stay comfortably without any inconvenience. Room 1 has a queen-size bed, and Room 2 has a super single bed, but it's not cramped. Room 3 has a dining table, giving it a retro cafe feel. The dining table can be moved to the living room. You'll feel comfortable during your stay. The front and back verandas are spacious.^^
Gyeongju's most convenient transportation area 5-10 minutes by car around Hwangnidan-gil Hwangseong Park, Geumjangdae, and the riverside are great for walking and exercising It's easy to get to Bomun Complex, Gampo, and other nearby tourist attractions.
Check-in is contactless. Pets are not allowed. As this is an apartment, please observe apartment etiquette. There is a large open space nearby, so parking is good. No cleaning fee is charged, so please clean up after yourself. If the contamination is severe, you may be responsible for the cleaning fee. Parties and events are prohibited. Absolutely no smoking. Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM. If you need to adjust the time, please contact us in advance.
There are plenty of large supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants. If you go out of the apartment, there are tons of restaurants~~ㅎ Hwangseong Market is open on the 5th and 10th of every month. It's not a studio apartment, but a regular 20-pyeong apartment~~ It's a space where a family can live comfortably^^
All utility bills are included in the management fee, but you are responsible for any excess usage (e.g., water, electricity, gas). No separate cleaning fee is charged, so please ensure the room is tidy upon departure. If the room is not left tidy, you may be charged a cleaning fee. Items not included in the management fee will be settled and billed upon departure.
It was a cozy and warm house. The items provided were also neat. It felt like my parents' house, so I stayed comfortably with my children. Wishing you prosperity. ^^
