- This is a fully-equipped duplex. - It is a house in a pension complex. - It is located under a pine forest on a low hill. - Gas and electricity fees are separate (actual cost settlement). - Only small dogs (under 3kg) are allowed, with an additional fee of 30,000 won per week. - The air is good, it's quiet, and it's great for healing.
- You must have your own car.
- Upon arrival, please check in through the management office. - Upon departure, please check out through the management office. - Keys will be provided separately. - The washing machine is shared. However, please refrain from using it on Sundays to be considerate of other guests' laundry, and use it on Mondays instead.
- Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with information about moving in and using the facilities. - There is a pine forest walking path around the complex. - It is 1km to Muchangpo Beach, which is good for morning and evening exercise. - There is a pine forest walking path to Yongdu Beach.
- Electricity: Separate. - Gas: Separate. - All others are free. - In case of damage to property, actual costs will be charged. - Washing machine is shared. - If the room is excessively dirty upon check-out, a cleaning fee will be charged. - Bedding is provided. - Fully furnished.
