- Located just 3 minutes from Ulsan City Hall, this is a prime transportation hub in Ulsan. - Bus routes serving all areas of Ulsan are available right in front of the building. - 90 minutes of free parking is provided per visit. - Please inquire in advance if you need to register for parking for a stay of 4 weeks or longer. - Upon registration, mechanical parking is free for up to two standard passenger vehicles (subject to a signed agreement), whereas surface parking incurs a separate monthly fee of 10,000 KRW for one vehicle and 30,000 KRW for two vehicles.
- Check-in is contactless; we will send you an information message once the booking is confirmed. - The base occupancy is 2 people; additional charges apply for extra guests. - Standard check-out is at 11:00 AM, and check-in is at 2:00 PM. - Detailed usage instructions are posted inside the unit. - Indoor smoking and pets are prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. -
- The unit has been thoroughly cleaned and is ready for immediate move-in. - Nearby facilities include government offices (such as Ulsan City Hall), hospitals, and Lotte Mart; restaurants and bars popular with young people are located across the street. - Long-term guests staying 4 weeks or longer may use the study room and gym on the 3rd floor upon prior request (additional fee of 10,000 KRW for the entire stay). - Compensation charges will apply in the event of property damage or soiling.
Excessive use of included items may result in a request for additional management fees.
