This is a clean apartment featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can relax and enjoy the view of the forest. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the smaller bedroom has a super-single bed. Amenities include a double-door refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, dining table, and microwave. Kitchenware is also provided, allowing you to cook and dine comfortably.
It's right next to Wolsan IC. You can see it on the way from Seoul to Gangwon-do.
The move-in process is contactless. We will contact you once the reservation is confirmed. As the property is currently on the market, you may occasionally be asked to show the home to prospective buyers by appointment.
There is a large Daiso and a very affordable supermarket within a 5-minute drive. It’s a quiet area with fresh air, so it will be a great place to live.
Electricity and water charges are included in the maintenance fee; gas charges are separate. Please note that during the months of June through September, electricity usage increases due to air conditioning, and you may be billed for any amount exceeding the standard maintenance fee.
The landlord was incredibly quick to respond, kind, and wonderful to deal with. The place was clean and fully equipped with everything—except for a TV and Wi-Fi—so our family of four had a very comfortable stay. ♡ The complex was quiet with lovely landscaping and fresh air, making it comfortable for both adults and children; plus, the nearby interchange made commuting very convenient for the working couple in our family! Food trucks visited daily with rotating menus, so we could enjoy a variety of food without getting bored. Wishing you continued success! ♡
