The move-in process is contactless. We will contact you once the reservation is confirmed. As the property is currently on the market, you may occasionally be asked to show the home to prospective buyers by appointment.
There is a large Daiso and a very affordable supermarket within a 5-minute drive. It’s a quiet area with fresh air, so it will be a great place to live.
Electricity and water charges are included in the maintenance fee; gas charges are separate. Please note that during the months of June through September, electricity usage increases due to air conditioning, and you may be billed for any amount exceeding the standard maintenance fee.
