• The property has been recently remodeled for your convenience and comfort. :-) • Amenities such as CGV, Homeplus, Starbucks, and Olive Young are located within a 5-minute walk, making it very convenient. • Registration of residence is not possible, and indoor smoking and pets are not allowed. (An additional cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged.) • Paid parking is 20,000 KRW per day. For long-term stays of one month or more, we can register you for monthly parking at a reduced rate. (Prior consultation is required*) • Compensation for damages will be charged in case of property damage, loss, or contamination. • Please be mindful of noise late in the evening to avoid complaints. (You will be evicted without a refund.)
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
