Here is a genuine review after staying for a little over a month! First of all, itβs less than a 10-minute walk from Gasan Digital Complex Station, so you get the benefit of easy access to both Subway Lines 1 and 7. Plus, the Anyang Stream is right out front; the view is amazing, and it was great to be able to go for evening walks! The place gets plenty of sunlight and is fully equipped with all the basic essentials, so I stayed comfortably without any issues. The building staff are friendly, and since there are plenty of other residents, it felt safe and secureβeven for a woman staying alone! The coffee at the cafΓ© right in front is delicious, and the restaurants on the ground floor are all great spots to eat. I really enjoyed my stayβhighly recommended!
Overall, my experience was great. It's a quiet and calm accommodation despite having so many units there. Also, with a nice view which I really enjoyed! The only bad thing was that I moved in and had no WiFi for a whole week and couldn't do anything (I was lucky to have a good ESIM contract), but I couldn't use my iPad or the TV...
I highly recommend this place to those looking for accommodation near Gasan Digital Complex! The view of Anyangcheon Stream from the window is especially excellent. It's perfect for a walk along Anyangcheon Stream right after work. There's a convenience store and a self-service laundry room on the first floor of the building, making it convenient to live here, and any needs were immediately resolved via message, so there was no inconvenience at all. Security is also good, and it's close to the subway station, making it convenient to get around. If I come to the Guro/Gasan area again, I will definitely use this place again.
