I needed a place to stay for a month before moving into another apartment, so I stayed here. I was very satisfied with how comfortable I was during my stay. 1. It's the owner's house on the 5th floor, so I had a comfortable stay without worrying about noise. 2. It was too cold to use the terrace, but there's a grill, so I think it would be great to invite friends over for a barbecue in spring, summer, and fall. 3. There are enough dishes and bedding for up to 10 people. It was very convenient to have two bathrooms. They provided plenty of towels, so there was no problem using them. There are 15-20 towels available. 4. It's near a school, so the surroundings are very quiet. It was vacation when I visited, but I don't think it would be that noisy except during school hours. It was fun watching the kids play soccer on the terrace around dismissal time. 5. It's a great spot for sunsets, so it would be lovely to have a cup of coffee on the terrace or at the tea table in the large room in the evening. 6. There's Jungri Traditional Market across the street, making it easy to get groceries, and there are many good restaurants nearby. I recommend the lunch special at Hyungje Hoejip! The tteokbokki, fried dumplings, and croquettes at the popular dumpling shop are delicious, and I also found a handmade fish cake shop and a cheap but delicious bakery inside the market. There's also a soup-only restaurant that's good, and a gamjatang (pork bone soup) place where the kimchi gamjatang is delicious. 7. I have a baby, so my wrists and knees were hurting, and I went to Dokkaebi Oriental Medicine Clinic on the 2nd floor of the building twice. The facilities are modern, and the doctor is very good. There's also Eonjena ENT on the 3rd floor and a pharmacy on the 1st floor, so I visited to buy fever medicine and patches when my baby had a fever. However, there are 6 parking spaces in the building's parking lot, but since it's in front of the market, there were cars parked on the shoulder, which made it difficult to exit. But everyone moved their cars right away, so it wasn't a big inconvenience. I had a good rest.
