- Check-in is possible both non-face-to-face and in-person. _ Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Check-in instructions will be provided on the morning of your check-in day. If you need to adjust the time, please contact us the day before. - No smoking or pets allowed indoors. _ Towels are provided. - Additional charges will apply for excessive use of electricity or gas. - A special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged for smoking. - Please contact us in advance if you require parking.
Please put recyclable waste in the recycling bins in the parking lot, food waste in the designated bags, and general waste in the designated bags. Parking is restricted on Friday evenings and Sundays.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. An additional 50,000 won will be charged for June, July, and August in summer, and January, February, and March in winter. This may be subject to change depending on the situation. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
