- Please let us know in advance if you will be using a vehicle. (You do not need to register your vehicle. Simply place the parking pass on the driver's side windshield so it is visible, and leave it at the accommodation when you check out. It is difficult to reissue parking passes, so if you take it with you, you will need to send it back by courier.) - A bus stop convenient for traveling to Sungsimdang, the baseball stadium, Shinsegae Department Store, and Yuseong is located a 3-minute walk away.

- This accommodation is located in the center of Daejeon, making it convenient for daily life with various restaurants, cafes, hospitals, convenience stores, and bus stops within walking distance. - Timeworld is a 2-minute walk away, making shopping convenient, and the nightlife is vibrant, offering diverse experiences. - Although located in a hot spot area of Daejeon, the room is soundproof and quiet when the windows are closed. - Registration of move-in is not possible. - Charges may be applied for stains on bedding or damage/loss of smoking paraphernalia. - Please thoroughly dispose of trash and separate recyclables. - As this is a shared living facility, please maintain quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. Forced eviction may occur in case of noise or complaints from neighbors. In particular, if the TV volume is too loud, complaints may be filed, so please keep the volume at a reasonable level. ~🙏

It was a clean and comfortable place to stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with basic cooking utensils and ingredients, and toiletries were provided, so I had a very convenient and hassle-free stay. I could really feel the host's thoughtful attention to detail. I would love to stay here again when I visit Daejeon. Thank you!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable—I really liked it. The bathroom was especially clean! I highly recommend this place to anyone doing an internship at Eulji University Hospital; it's within walking distance!
