- This accommodation is located in the center of Daejeon, making it convenient for daily life with various restaurants, cafes, hospitals, convenience stores, and bus stops within walking distance. - Timeworld is a 2-minute walk away, making shopping convenient, and the nightlife is vibrant, offering diverse experiences. - Although located in a hot spot area of Daejeon, the room is soundproof and quiet when the windows are closed. - Registration of move-in is not possible. - Charges may be applied for stains on bedding or damage/loss of smoking paraphernalia. - Please thoroughly dispose of trash and separate recyclables. - As this is a shared living facility, please maintain quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. Forced eviction may occur in case of noise or complaints from neighbors. In particular, if the TV volume is too loud, complaints may be filed, so please keep the volume at a reasonable level. ~🙏

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable—I really liked it. The bathroom was especially clean! I highly recommend this place to anyone doing an internship at Eulji University Hospital; it's within walking distance!
I stayed here with my daughter for two weeks while she completed a hospital internship, and the place was far better than I had expected. I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely scent that greeted us as soon as we opened the door and by how perfectly stocked the unit was with all necessary amenities. Any minor issues that arose—such as a kitchen light burning out or the front door lock beeping because the battery was low—were resolved immediately, allowing us to have a very comfortable stay. With Galleria Department Store, Daiso, and Artbox nearby, plus a convenience store right next to the building, it is a fantastic location for a short-term stay. My daughter has another internship coming up that requires us to return for another two weeks, and she is already insisting that I book this place again as soon as her schedule is confirmed. Highly recommended!
