Enjoy a relaxing time—whether alone, with friends, or with family—in this 2-bedroom, 14-pyeong apartment. Located in a large apartment complex between Baekseok Station and Madu Station. A classic south-facing unit that gets plenty of bright morning sunlight. All furniture and appliances are brand new. - Features include a 55-inch easel-style TV, washer-dryer combo, two queen-size beds, a single-seater sofa, and a dining set for four.
This is a large apartment complex situated between Baekseok Station and Madu Station (Line 3); it is an 8-minute walk from Madu Station. *Free surface parking is available. (You must obtain a visitor parking sticker from the management office and return it upon checkout; please note that an additional fee applies if the sticker is not returned.) E-Mart and Daiso are within a 3-minute walk, and Ilsan Lake Park is nearby, making it a very convenient place to live.
With two queen-sized beds and an additional floor mattress, the space comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Following plumbing renovations, the water pressure is excellent, and the water quality has improved significantly. Amenities include a washer-dryer combo, detergent, shampoo and conditioner, a microwave, a gas stove, an air fryer, and a hair dryer. As this is a short-term rental, you are welcome to bring your own bedding and pillows if you prefer. Once your booking is confirmed, I will send you check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. This space is designed for relaxation; I recommend it to guests who value a quiet and clean environment.
# We prioritize your rest and comfort, providing warm organic cotton bedding and a personal mood light. # Please sort your recycling (PET bottles, paper, and plastic) and place them in the designated bins on the balcony. # Food waste and general trash can be disposed of at the collection point directly in front of the building on the ground floor. # The unit is located on the 4th floor of a low-rise apartment building without an elevator; however, the stairs have a low rise, so it feels more like the 3rd floor. # Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and loud noise that disturbs neighbors is not allowed. # There is an additional fee of 50,000 KRW per week for bringing a dog. Only small to medium-sized dogs (under 10kg) are permitted. Please take care, as additional charges may apply if any damage occurs to the bedding, flooring, or wallpaper.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Please be mindful not to use utilities excessively; additional charges may apply for excessive use of heating, cooling, or water.
