Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message before check-in. The standard occupancy is 2 people, but we have tableware prepared for up to 4 people. You only need to prepare bedding for additional guests. Please use the items with care, as you may be charged for damages or contamination. π₯° Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00, but this can be adjusted depending on the situation. π
β Costco Goyang Terminal, CGV, Megabox, Bellacita, Lotte Outlet, Homeplus, and Daiso are all within a 1-10 minute walk. β There are many convenient facilities such as Goyang City Hall, Ilsan Hospital, Goyang Bus Terminal, and a library. β There are many restaurants, from simple meals to gourmet restaurants, on the first floor of the officetel and nearby. β There is a beautiful walking path right in front of the officetel. The walking path connects to the Lake Park (a 20-minute walk).
All utility fees are included in the management fee. However, excessive electricity and heating costs may be charged additionally.

I stayed for 5 weeks due to interior construction, and I had a comfortable stay because it was well-equipped with everything I needed for daily life. I was worried because it was a studio, but it was more spacious than I expected, and I especially liked that the bed was large.
