Costco is in the building right next door, so it's within walking distance.
โ It is a 3-minute walk from Baekseok Station. โ The express bus terminal is a 10-minute walk away. โ You have direct access to Seoul Station and Haengsin KTX Station. โ Please let us know in advance if you need information regarding parking for your vehicle.
Check-in is contactless. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in details. Although the accommodation is designed for two guests, tableware for up to four people is provided. Please treat the property with care, as you may be liable for damages in the event of breakage or staining.๐ฅฐ Standard check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00, but adjustments may be possible depending on the situation.๐
โ Costco (Goyang Terminal branch), CGV, Megabox, Bella Citta, Lotte Outlet, Homeplus, and Daiso are all within a 1โ10 minute walk. โ There are many convenient facilities nearby, including Goyang City Hall, Ilsan Hospital, Goyang Bus Terminal, and a library. โ You will find a wide range of dining optionsโfrom casual bites to renowned restaurantsโon the ground floor of the building and in the immediate vicinity. โ There is a lovely walking path right in front of the building. This path connects to Lake Park (a 20-minute walk away).
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may apply for excessive electricity or heating usage.
It was great having a convenient location and everything well-prepared.
The landlord is very kind and responds quickly. They go the extra mile to accommodate the tenants' convenience. They also recommended great restaurants near the accommodation, so we were able to go around and enjoy ourselves. My child has weak respiratory health, so I asked for an extra cleaning, and I was very grateful that they cleaned it so thoroughly. This is the second time I have stayed at this landlord's place... I will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you.
