This is a recently remodeled house. It is an accommodation with a beautiful garden, 2 terraces, a cafe on the 1st floor, and the entire 2nd floor as a private house. The 1st floor can also be used as a small cafe. The 2nd floor is a separate space connected to the cafe. You can use the beautiful garden and 2 terraces.
If you are coming from Busan, come to Gidaegyo Bridge and then to Neungpo. If you are coming from Seoul, come directly to Jangseungpo Terminal from Nambu Terminal. It takes 3 minutes by car and about 10 minutes on foot. If you are coming from the upper region, it is convenient to come via the Daejeon-Tongyeong Expressway.
Check-in is contactless. However, in-person check-in is possible if absolutely necessary. Tables in the first-floor cafe can be used from the lobby, but the kitchen is excluded. The first floor has a cafe lobby with tables and chairs. Meetings and presentations are possible. The first and second floors are connected by a duplex staircase. The second floor has 3 rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, and 1 terrace.
Jangseungpo Beach Road and the year-end and New Year's fireworks festival are within walking distance, and it's where the New Year's sunrise tteokguk sharing festival is held. Yangjiam Park, Jangseungpo Waterfront Park, and Neungpo Fishing Park are all nearby. You can take a walk along the beach road right behind the house and also hike Mangsan Mountain. It's not far from several beaches, Oedo Botania, and Haegeumgang. In addition, various tourist information and discount coupons are available in the accommodation. Although it's by the sea, there are 3 large supermarkets and a traditional fish market, so you can buy and eat a variety of seafood. It's a detached house, so you can rest quietly. Our house is the last house, and if you keep walking, you'll reach the beach road, which is great for a stroll. The cafe is a space where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and hold meetings. Barbecues are available in the garden or on the rooftop terrace.

I used this place to hang out with my friends. There's a rooftop, and although the yard isn't huge, the ground is elevated, so you can see the neighborhood well. At night, the breeze is cool, making it perfect for a beer. There's a local supermarket nearby, so it was easy to buy things. There are also exercise machines and a park with an ocean view right next door, which was great for walks and exercise! It seems like a lot of people go there for jogging. The bus terminal is also nearby, so I'll have to try coming by bus next time. I had a good stay. The owner was also kind. :) I'm willing to revisit. I hope you prosper!
