✅️South-facing studio apartment with good natural light ✅️Samsung Cheonan Business Site (Electronics, SDI) is a 5-minute drive away, and Costco is within a 10-minute walk. ✅️There are many convenient facilities nearby, such as a bank, convenience store, and supermarket on the first floor of the building. ✅️This is a fully furnished studio apartment including a bed, cable TV, internet, air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, and cooking facilities.
✅️Cheonan Samsung SDI is within a 5-minute drive, and Asan Samsung Display is within a 10-minute drive. ✅️Cheonan IC is within a 10-minute drive. ✅️Costco is within a 5-minute walk, and E-Mart Cheonan Seobuk Branch is within a 5-minute drive.
✅️ Check-in is contactless. ✅️ Smoking is not allowed in the building, but it is allowed in the rooftop lounge of the parking building (accessible from the 3rd floor of the building). ✅️ Pets are not allowed. ✅️ Check-in information, including the password for the common entrance and the room, will be provided by the morning of your check-in day. ✅️ Check-in/check-out times are 15:00/11:00. ✅️ The bed size is super single. ✅️ The deposit will be refunded upon check-out.
