I sincerely apologize for the issue with the stained cup; we failed to check it thoroughly enough. Moving forward, we will be more meticulous in inspecting the condition of all amenities, including tableware. We will also re-examine the mattress and chairs and ensure that any missing items, such as hair conditioner, are provided. We will also make sure to inform future guests that the floor-to-ceiling windows allow for plenty of natural light, which can make the room quite bright in the morning.
