Electricity and city gas are billed based on actual usage, as individual meters are installed. Charges for items not included in the management fee—such as water and Wi-Fi—will be calculated and billed upon check-out. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive use of the included utilities. This unit is designed for a maximum occupancy of two people. An additional fee of 100,000 KRW per person, per week, applies for any additional occupants.
It would have been nice to have a small vacuum or some cleaning tools. I had a pleasant stay.
I had a wonderful time at the host's place. I liked it so much that I even extended my stay. The accommodation was spotless, and the comfortable, peaceful atmosphere allowed me to truly relax. I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful interior design and the overall ambiance of the space. The host was incredibly kind and considerate, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was also excellent, making it very convenient to get around. I would definitely love to stay here again if I visit Seoul in the future. I highly recommend this place!
It was a truly perfect accommodation! The host was very kind, and the accommodation was cleaner than the pictures. The bedding was cozy and the surroundings were quiet, so I was able to get a good night's sleep. Thanks to the host's thoughtful space design, I was able to regain my health.
