10 Injeongoreum-ro 86beon-gil, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do 3F

This is Pause in Jeju, located on Injeongoreum-ro, Seogwipo. It's a house with an unobstructed view of the front, with no buildings in front, and it gets plenty of sunlight, overlooking the lawn and garden in the complex's courtyard. Take a break while watching the beautiful sunset. It is suitable for a stay of one month or more for 1-2 people, as it is equipped with 2 beds and appliances - a small refrigerator and a wall-mounted washing machine in the bathroom. Terarosa Healing Forest, Donnaeko Valley, Seongpanak, and Seogwipo city center are all within a 10-minute drive.
This is a large complex on the quiet Injeongoreum-ro. It may be inconvenient if you don't have a car. (There is a city bus right in front of the house, but it comes every 15-30 minutes, so it may be inconvenient.) There is Sanroknam-ro of Hallasan behind the house, so if you travel by car, you can see the scenery of the wonderful forest path.
It's clean because I professionally clean it. (*Absolutely no smoking. No pets allowed. Violators will be charged a penalty and special cleaning fee, and will be asked to leave the premises.) Check-in is contactless. I will provide you with a customized door lock password. The lease agreement will be processed upon check-in. I will send you a list of recommended places in Jeju that I have experienced.

Here is a review of my four-week stay. If you are planning a long-term trip to Jeju Island, finding accommodation is likely your first and most expensive step, involving a lot of careful consideration. I looked at various options and decided to book this place because, although the room size and location weren't ideal, I planned to travel mostly by car, and the photos made it look clean, pretty, and perfect for two people. However, the reality was quite different from the photos, and the location proved inconvenient during my four-week stay. On the first day, I noticed the front door handle was very loose. The host had mentioned this via chat beforehand, but I was worried I might be held liable for repair costs if I mishandled it, so I was extremely careful whenever I opened or closed the door (though the entire digital lock system has since been replaced with a new one). There were also furniture items and a window screen that seemed to need repairs; clear tape was wrapped around the joints of the small dining table and the legs of the fabric chair in front of the TV, so I avoided sitting on the chair and used the table very cautiously. Additionally, the window screen had two holes covered by repair patches, but the adhesive had lost much of its stickiness. There were two windows, but one wouldn't open—whether it was broken or I simply couldn't figure it out—so I only used the other one. Another factor to consider when looking for accommodation is the surrounding environment. The disposal area for recycling, general waste, and food waste was located near a large, unfinished, abandoned building within the complex; seeing that structure every time I took out the trash made me regret choosing this place. It rained several times during my stay, including days when it poured all day long. Since sightseeing was difficult on those days, I stayed inside, but it was very humid. I tried turning on the air conditioner, but it clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time; dust and mold were visible whenever it ran. Overall, I couldn't help but think the place would have been much better if the host had carried out some minor repairs and maintenance before accepting guests.
It's quiet and very nice.
I lived quietly and cozily. It was a peaceful trip.

Nice to meet you. I'll also give you some information about living in Jeju.
