There is a convenience store next to the building. - All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. - Wireless internet is included. - If usage exceeds the average by more than 20%, an additional fee may be charged after a review of the situation (gas/electricity). - The base occupancy is 2 people; an additional fee of 30,000 KRW per week applies for each extra person. - A fine of 300,000 KRW will be charged if smoking is detected. - An additional cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW applies if staying with a pet (total: 180,000 KRW).
Additional management fees may be charged if included items are used excessively.

The neighborhood was very quiet, and with amenities close by, my stay was incredibly convenient! The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and having a washing machine made things very easy. I was also truly grateful for the host, who responded quickly and kindly whenever I had a question. Thanks to that, I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely love to stay here again if the opportunity arises!
