There is a convenience store next to the building. - All utility bills are included in the management fee. - Wireless internet is included. - If excessive charges occur (gas/electricity) that are more than 20% higher than the average, additional charges may be billed after assessing the situation. - The base occupancy is 2 people, and an additional 30,000 won per week will be charged for each additional person. - A fine of 300,000 won will be imposed if smoking is detected. - If you bring a pet, an additional cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged (total 180,000 won).

I stayed here during my home renovation, and I had a wonderful time. Being close to the local alley market gave me a renewed appreciation for the value of traditional markets.

The house was in good condition, and it was the best short-term rental I've stayed in so far! It's located between Konkuk University and Guui, so it wasn't as easy to walk as I thought, but there were many buses and a market nearby, so I didn't mind the location. :)
