We chose this place to stay with our baby for a month while our home was being renovated. It is clean and very well-organized, just like in the photos. It is fully equipped with all the essentials for daily living. The air conditioner and ventilation system—crucial during the hot summer—worked perfectly. Parking registration was available, and there was plenty of space, so we didn't face any parking hassles. There is a convenience store and a café on the basement level, which we found very handy. The walking route to Sanghyeon Station is also well-maintained. The host checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place for a short-term family stay.
