A text message with check-in instructions will be sent after the contract is signed. - The standard occupancy is 4 people. - Upon check-out, please perform basic cleaning and dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated outdoor area. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (including the bathroom and balcony). - Personal hygiene items are not provided for short-term rentals. - For stays in July and August (peak season), separate instructions will be provided.
Our Home No. 1 is a short-term rental apartment where everyone can feel as comfortable as they would in their own home. We have purchased new appliances and arranged them neatly. Enjoy a spacious and relaxing stay with your friends and acquaintances. As it is a new apartment, cleanliness and convenience are a given, and each room is equipped with a system air conditioner. Since this is a short-term rental for a one-month stay, various personal items are not provided. Minors and teenagers are strictly prohibited from renting. Please be mindful of loud noises and disturbances after 10 PM to avoid disturbing the neighboring residents. Pets are not allowed as the apartment is used by many people. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors as there are families living above and below, so please smoke outside. Commercial facilities: GS25 convenience store, laundromat, shabu-shabu restaurant, pharmacy, No Brand Burger, and a pub.
The management fee includes electricity, water, gas, and internet. If the included items are used excessively, additional management fees may be charged. Please be sure to restore the house to the same condition as when you moved in when you check out.
