This officetel is in a prime location for transportation. - It is a 3-minute walk from Jangji Station. - It is a 10-minute bus ride from SRT Suseo Station.
- Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in instructions before your arrival. - Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in the room, even for a short period. If discovered, a special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be deducted, and you will be asked to leave immediately.
- Starbucks, Artisee, and the Mexican food chain Got It are located on the first floor of the officetel. - Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find parks, walking trails, waterfront bike paths, movie theaters, hospitals and clinics, department stores, and Hyundai Outlet, among other convenient amenities. - The officetel is located within the Munjeong Legal Town, making it a 3-minute walk to the courthouse and registry office. - Illegal activities within the unit are strictly prohibited, and any damage or contamination to the property will result in compensation for damages. - The unit has been professionally cleaned, so you can move in immediately.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. If additional people other than the contractor use the community facilities, additional costs will be incurred, so please inquire in advance before signing the contract if this applies.

The room is exactly as it appears. It was clean and there were no major issues, but unlike other listings on SamSamM2, they charged a 150,000 won cleaning fee yet required guests to buy their own official trash bags and carry the general waste out themselves. (Even though the amount was only about half a plastic bag's worth, I was told that trash disposal wasn't handled by them at all.) Official trash bags aren't expensive, of course, but the place gave off the impression that guests were expected to put up with these inconveniences simply because the accommodation was cheap.
It was nice and comfortable.
