    This was a carefully selected accommodation for my parents' trip to Korea, and thanks to it, they had a very comfortable and pleasant stay for a month. I was a little worried after seeing a new review on the day of check-in, but I'm so glad I trusted the host's kind responses and previous reviews. My parents were very satisfied, saying the accommodation was as clean as the pictures and that the location and security were excellent. I especially want to thank you for meticulously answering all my many questions before check-in and for your thoughtful consideration for my parents. The accommodation's security was thorough, so they could travel to other areas with peace of mind, without worrying about their luggage. They said the transportation was good, making it convenient to use buses and subways, and that the surrounding area had many restaurants, convenience stores, and No Brand stores, making it an optimal place to buy necessary items. They also enjoyed being able to walk around and make many happy memories during the Yeouido Cherry Blossom Festival. If I could give a tip to other guests coming from overseas, there's a Wowpass kiosk on the first floor of the nearby Glad Hotel where you can exchange dollars, which is very useful, so please keep that in mind. My parents said it was such a satisfying month that they definitely want to stay here again on their next visit to Korea. Thank you once again for your warm consideration.

    The smell of cigarettes and sewage. I protested the stained sheets, but I was disappointed by the host's response: "Just take the sheets off and use it." I booked for 7 days and am checking out with 4 days remaining. Of course, I didn't get a refund. They said it was according to 33M2's regulations. I gave up about 320,000 won and requested a refund for a two-day booking between individuals, but they refused, saying it wasn't allowed by the regulations. What regulations are there for transactions between individuals? Then, they brought up that they had "discounted" about 194,000 won, deducting 4,000 won. I eventually got the money back after a phone call. It was frustrating to have to call over something like this. Looking at the amount excluding the monthly rent, they charged about 300,000 won per week, but there was no corresponding management or cleaning. I'm well aware of the approximate profit margin for an 8-pyeong officetel in Seoyeouido. A monthly rent of 3 million won? It doesn't come out to that. I understand that the host can set the price as they wish, but I'm disappointed to see the host's intention to charge additional fees up to about half the monthly rent, claiming they gave a discount to the very end because they didn't want to give a refund.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay! I stayed at the Yeouido KBS officetel for a while and really enjoyed my time here. The location is super convenient, and the space was comfortable and well-maintained. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out—the lease confirmation process was quick, and the host was reliable throughout. I liked everything about my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience in the area.
