Also, while I love pets, unfortunately, they are not allowed. ㅠ ㅠ 🍀 The standard occupancy is 4 people (additional maintenance fees apply for extra guests). (Please inquire separately; there is an additional fee of 50,000 KRW per person per week.) 🍀 The CCTV at the entrance is used solely for monitoring the number of guests. ^__^
🌤️ This is a newly built apartment, and a commercial area featuring shops like Lotteria and Compose Coffee is currently developing nearby. 🌤️ Please enjoy a comfortable stay in this clean and cozy space for as long as you need. 🌤️ While the two children's rooms are equipped with bunk beds, we have provided extra bedding—including two queen-sized mattress toppers, duvets, and pillows—just in case you need more sleeping space. 🌤️ You have exclusive use of the entire apartment (approx. 1,066 sq. ft. / 30-pyeong size; exclusive area of approx. 782 sq. ft. / 22 pyeong).
😊 All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
We had a really relaxing and comfortable stay with the kids. The place was clean since it’s a new build, and the host was so kind, making our stay truly pleasant. We had a wonderful time!
