* This is a newly built apartment that opened for occupancy in September 2024! * It is a 30-pyeong unit featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. * We purchased brand-new appliances while preparing to move in, but due to unresolved issues regarding our children's schooling, we have some time before we actually move in ourselves, so we are renting it out in the meantime. * In addition to the master bedroom, there are two smaller rooms; these are equipped with children's bunk beds and desks that you are welcome to use if needed. * Basic essentials such as cutlery, rice and soup bowls, pots, frying pans, cups, and plates are already provided.
* Near the station: Sinheung Station (7-minute walk or 2-minute bike ride; just 2 stops—3 minutes—to Daejeon Station) * Daejeon's pride, Sungsimdang: 9 minutes by car * Hanwha Eagles Park: 9 minutes by car
*Check-in is contactless. *Once the booking is confirmed, I will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. *I will text you the access codes for the main entrance and your unit upon check-in. *Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. While I love pets, unfortunately, they are not allowed. *The standard occupancy is 4 people (additional management fees apply for extra guests).
* This is a newly built apartment located in an area where commercial facilities—such as Lotteria and Compose Coffee—are currently being established. * It is being rented out while final preparations for occupancy are underway, so it is available in its current state. * Please enjoy a comfortable stay in this clean and cozy space for as long as you need. * The two children's rooms are equipped with bunk beds; to ensure there is plenty of sleeping space, we have also provided two queen-sized topper mattresses, along with extra bedding and pillows. * You will have full use of the entire apartment (30-pyeong size; exclusive area of 22 pyeong). * Any personal items visible in the photos will be cleared away before you move in.
* All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
