Hello, welcome to our comfortable house in Jeju, just like your own home :) It is located 10 minutes from Jeju Airport, in a safe place with well-equipped security facilities, and is clean as it is newly built. In addition, there is a CU convenience store on the first floor, and E-Mart, Lotte Mart, Dream Tower, etc. are 5 minutes away by car, so it is convenient to use various convenience facilities. ***Please note that there is construction noise in the vicinity during the daytime.***
- Located 5 minutes by car from Jeju Airport - When taking the bus, get on and off at the Eunnnam-dong bus stop. - If you need parking, you must register in advance. Please provide your vehicle information. - We cannot assist with parking for vehicles other than those that can enter the mechanical parking lot (mid-size sedans), such as RVs, SUVs, or vehicles with high ground clearance. (If parking is not possible, please park on a nearby road or use a public parking lot.)
- Check-in is contactless. - Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Self-check-in is required. Separate waste collection is mandatory. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Loud noises, parties, and events are prohibited. Fire-hazardous tools are not allowed. - Basic cooking is permitted, but please refrain from cooking items that produce strong odors, such as fish or meat. - Due to relevant laws, we cannot provide disposable items, bathroom amenities, towels, or detergents. Please bring your own.

As it is a new building, everything was clean and the facilities were excellent; I really enjoyed using the gym. The dehumidifier and washing machine also came in very handy during the humid weather. I had a very comfortable stay, as there was no noise from the construction site outside and a convenience store was located right downstairs.
