This is a fully furnished full house. The large building has a shopping mall from the first basement floor to the second floor, a 400-pyeong golf practice range, Ashley, Venti, and Seven Eleven. Hanaro Mart is across the main road, and on the other side is the Yongamcheon walking trail. It has an outdoor garden that serves as a wonderful photo zone, and it is a place with the best infrastructure where residents can use the fitness center on a monthly basis.
There is a bus stop in front of the building, and Byeollae Station on Line 8, Byeollae Station on the Gyeongchun Line, and Byeolgaram Station on Line 4 are located there. There are 7-Eleven and CU convenience stores in the building, and Byeollae Cafe Street, Megabox, Lotte Cinema, E-Mart, Hanaro Mart, etc. are within 1 km.
**Please be sure to check the check-in and check-out times** Check-in is mostly done non-face-to-face. As this is a multi-family dwelling, you may be asked to leave if there are complaints from neighbors regarding noise, etc., and you may be asked to compensate for any damage or harm to the facilities. This is a non-smoking building; all smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited outside of designated smoking areas. There is a workplace daycare center on the 1st floor and a kids' cafe in the basement. In particular, indoor smoking may result in forced eviction or a special cleaning fee of 300,000 won.
This is based on two people. If there are additional people or people staying for a short time, please get prior consent from the host when signing the contract. This is a place that values cleanliness, especially when pets are involved. Even if you have allergies and are hesitant about pet-friendly accommodations, please don't worry too much. All bedding is sterilized and dried, but we also use separate bedding for those with sensitive allergies. We love pets... please don't try to sneak them in. We also provide separate towels for pets, so please respect their rights. However, please inform us of your pet's size and "breed" before signing the contract. Please avoid bringing pets that can't find the bathroom, pets that cry loudly due to a lot of pent-up emotions, or pets that are in their "teenage" years and bare their teeth, wary of everyone. We might even conduct an interview...^^;; Pets are limited to dogs and cats, and an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 won per pet will be charged.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
