➡️ 1-minute walk from Oryu-dong Station!! ➡️ This is a new duplex studio officetel built in 2022 (fully furnished) ➡️ There is a 24-hour security guard and CCTV in the hallway ➡️ Yeouido and Hongik University Station are within 20 minutes ➡️ It has convenient and stylish latest appliances and various household items~ ➡️ The nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, cafes, Daiso, hospitals, banks, etc. are very good for living infrastructure ➡️ Free Netflix viewing and beam projector viewing are available
It is a 1-minute walk from Oryeok Station. Yeouido, Hongik University Station, Hapjeong Station, etc. are within 30 minutes. Gasan Digital Station is within 10 minutes.
- Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. (Self check-in, all passwords will be provided by the morning of your check-in date.) Please contact us when you check out! Early check-in/late check-out is possible. - Recycling, general, and food waste can be disposed of on the 1st floor on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. - Please use all supplies and items with care. (In case of lost items or damage to the accommodation facilities, you may be charged later.) - Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors.
Convenience store: 1-minute walk!! Lotteria: 1-minute walk!! Food ingredient mart: 1-minute walk!! Olive Young: 1-minute walk!! Daiso: 6-minute walk!! There are many other restaurants and cafes nearby~
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.

I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. It was clean and so close to the station, making everything very convenient. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Korea.
