I stayed here for two weeks while my home was undergoing renovations. I booked it in a rush and was prepared for some inconveniences, so it was fine overall. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but I had a comfortable stay.
I received no explanation other than the word "central cooling." I lived in the scorching heat for a week starting May 31st because the unit did not switch to air conditioning. I moved in without knowing that the air conditioner only operates when the outside temperature is 26 degrees. After a ten-day trip, I suffered from symptoms of heatstroke all night, unaware that the air conditioner on the 11th floor had stopped operating due to a pipe failure on the 10th floor.
It is very convenient to get around, as the property is located near Yeongtong Station. Food costs were low thanks to the nearby Homeplus and affordable produce shops. Whenever I had a request, the landlord responded quickly and resolved any issues effectively. I recommend it.
