This is the best location in Haeundae. This is a newly renovated unit with modern white and gray tones for the wallpaper, curtains, and bedding. The master bedroom has a large king-size Ace bed, and the smaller room has a queen-size bed. We use a professional cleaning company. Approximately 200m to the beach Famous restaurants, E-Mart, attractions, and entertainment are all within walking distance. We welcome guests who will use the space cleanly.
Jungdong Station, Haeundae Express Bus Terminal. If you are using your own car, you can use the underground parking lot and surrounding roads.
Check-in: 4:00 pm Check-out: 10 am This is a contactless check-in. Please observe apartment etiquette. Smoking and pets are prohibited. If found, an additional cleaning fee of 500,000 KRW will be charged.
Please observe apartment etiquette. We use Haeundae-gu standard garbage bags and separate recyclables. The price is based on 3 people, and a maximum of 4 people can use the apartment. We ask that you do not bring beach sand that is stuck to your shoes, clothes, or any part of your body into the building's lobby or indoors. This can cause drain blockages and complaints from other users of the common lobby. Languages: Korean, English
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.

We really appreciated the host's quick responses during our five-week stay. It was a joy to go for morning runs with my wife along the Haeundae Blue Line and around Dongbaekseom Island. The location was excellent and the facilities were decent, though there were a few issues worth noting: the small bedroom lacked air conditioning, so our child had to sleep in the living room, and the Dyson vacuum in the utility room wouldn't turn on, forcing us to borrow one from an acquaintance. Aside from those points, however, we were very satisfied with the accommodation.
I had a great stay thanks to the excellent location, the convenient surrounding area, and the clean apartment.
