As this unit is a short-term rental, please note that bedding, towels, toiletries, and disposable items are not provided (please inquire separately). Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in charges for additional cleaning and damages. (Professional cleaning fee: 250,000–500,000 KRW) This is not a commercial lodging facility; guests are responsible for cleaning, laundry, and trash disposal during their stay. We appreciate your consideration and cooperation in keeping the space clean. ^^
Water charges are included in the management fee. Electricity and gas charges are covered up to a combined total of 300,000 KRW per four-week period; any usage exceeding this amount may be billed separately based on actual utility rates. To ensure a comfortable environment and conserve energy, please turn off the air conditioner and heating system when you are out, and refrain from excessive heating or cooling.
