Check-in: After 3 PM Check-out: 11 AM Based on 2 people (maximum 3 people - 40,000 won per week) Sorry, but indoor smoking and pets are prohibited. (A special cleaning fee of 400,000 won will be charged for violations) Please use the space comfortably and clean up before checking out.

All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
The drainage in the bathroomโboth the sink and the floorโwas very poor. The built-in air conditioner was quite old, resulting in excessive noise and poor cooling efficiency. It would be great if these issues could be addressed.
