This is a large, fully furnished studio apartment near Mokdong Station. It's located on the main street of Mokdong Rodeo. Twin beds are available.
Several downtown bus routes within a 5-minute walk 10 minutes from Mokdong Station
Check-in is contactless. You will receive a notification text and contact information once your contract is confirmed. This is a rental, not a lodging business. (Personal hygiene products are not provided.) Check-in: 2 PM Check-out: 11 AM Comfortably accommodates up to 2 people. Up to 2 additional people are allowed (additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person per day). Registration of move-in is not permitted.
Parties and pets are not allowed. Comfortable for up to 2 people. Up to 2 additional people are allowed for an extra fee. Cooking strong-smelling food or having parties is not allowed. A cleaning fee (150,000-300,000 KRW) will be charged for property damage or smoking indoors. All activities prohibited by law are forbidden.
Additional costs will be incurred if the basic management fee is exceeded. This will be settled and charged upon check-out.
