This is a room made of wood. It is a cozy and quiet room with an exotic feel, located on the first floor. It is fully furnished with everything you need for your stay. Check-in time is after 2 PM. Check-out time is before 11 AM.
Seoul Subway double station area. Sillim Station (Line 2, light rail) is a 5-minute walk away. You can take a village bus (Nos. 5, 8, 10) to Sillim Station from the village bus stop near the house.
Check-in is mostly non-face-to-face. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions before your move-in date. Smoking is not allowed indoors. If you have a pet, and the pet's odor is not removed after check-out, an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW or more may be charged.
The air is good because Gwanaksan Dulle-gil is nearby. You can take a walk in Bokgaegcheon. There are Shinwon Market, Bokgaegcheon, Sillim Elementary School, a mart, a hospital, and shopping centers. If the property is damaged or contaminated, you will be charged for the damages. It is cleaned thoroughly so you can use it right after moving in.
The management fee includes internet and building maintenance costs. Electricity and gas are paid according to the instructions, and for water, the total number of residents in the building is divided by the fee.
It was great for taking walks with my dog, and the host was so kind, so I had a very comfortable stay.
