Check-in is contactless. On the day of check-in, we will send you the password for the common entrance door and the entrance door lock before the check-in time. Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is until 11 AM. (Negotiable) Smoking is prohibited in the building, and pets are not allowed. (In case of violation, compensation for damages such as wallpaper replacement costs may be claimed) Damage, loss, or contamination of fixtures may result in charges for downtime and special cleaning fees.

I’ve never experienced a place like this before—it felt like a blend of a hotel and a home. You could really see the care and attention to detail the owner put into every aspect of the accommodation. It was incredibly pleasant and spotless, fully equipped with everything I needed, and conveniently located near the station. The surrounding amenities—such as a delicious bakery, a side-dish shop, Olive Young, two convenience stores, and a laundromat—were excellent. The owner’s quick and friendly responses to my inquiries were even better than what you’d get at a five-star hotel. The experience was so good that I almost wondered if it was okay to stay here at such a reasonable price. I was so comfortable during my three-week stay that I didn't even want to go back to my actual home. It was a fantastic place—even a 10-star rating wouldn't be enough to do it justice. I found this place through a recommendation from fellow overseas Koreans because staying at my parents' house wasn't always comfortable. The place is truly clean, and Naver Maps shows it's just a 2-minute walk from Sindaebang Samgeori Station! It's super convenient, with plenty of convenience stores nearby. Thanks to this place, I had a wonderful stay! Trash disposal was also really easy and convenient. The AC was powerful and the bedding was so soft and fluffy—I slept like a baby every night and felt in top condition throughout my stay. Thank you!
