If you are looking for a new healing space in the bustling city center, this rural countryside is completely clean. Refrigerator, washing machine, drying rack, sink, microwave, TV Wi-Fi and cable TV are fully equipped. Air conditioning, sink, and city gas are fully equipped. If pets are illegally raised, eviction and special cleaning fees will be charged.
By car: 10 minutes from Yeoju IC, 15 minutes from Yeoju Station Bus stop is 6 minutes away.
Check-in is contactless. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited (damages will be charged for violations). Parties and loud noises are not allowed after 8 PM.
All management fees will be billed separately by the meter upon check-out. Water is charged at a flat rate of 20,000 won per month for up to 2 people and up to 4 weeks (if not excessive use). For 3 people, it's 30,000 won, and for others, it's measured by the meter. Items not included in the management fee will be settled and billed upon check-out.
