* This is a fully furnished duplex room with a comfortable Zinus bed, Sense Mom guest mattress, washing machine, induction cooktop, refrigerator, styler, and a private terrace with decorative tiles. * Como commercial area and Dongtan Lake Park are within a 5 to 10-minute walk. * The building has a cafe, laundry room, convenience store, pleasant garden, and a terrace exclusively for residents where you can enjoy the lake park.
You can take the bus from the bus stop to Dongtan Station, which takes about 15 minutes.
Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are possible if the room is vacant on the check-in and check-out dates. Please inquire in advance if you wish to do so. Check-in is contactless. Smoking is not allowed indoors. An additional 150,000 KRW will be charged for pets. Please bring your own towels.
* Lake Como Shopping Mall, the largest commercial area in Dongtan Lake Park, is a 10-minute walk away. * You may be charged for any damage or loss to the property.
